Trace Basement and Remedial Services are specialist contractors in commercial and residential waterproofing, timber repair, damp proofing and basement waterproofing in Manchester and the North West.Established 1974 we have completed over 50,000 surveys and 18,000 projects, for a broad client base from national institutions like the NHS, to private clients, working in homes and £100m+ new builds. We are active in industry and have been involved in updating numerous design guides which the wider industry works to, this including being employed to re-write insurance company technical manuals guiding house builders to comply and obtain cover, to the 2022 revision of British Standard 8102 Protection of below ground structures against water ingress, the principle design guide for the UK waterproofing industry.
