Our process Renovating your kitchen but not sure where to start? We are here to help with our one stop shop making your dream kitchen a reality! 1 Design Phase Arrange an appointment with one of our experienced designers, either in your home (renovations) or at our showroom (new builds). Your designer will get a comprehensive brief from you, then walk you through the extensive range of products and appliances available to help you make the right choices for your budget, needs and wishlist. 2 Presentation Once your designer has completed your new kitchen design they will present you with plans, drawings and 3D images of what your fabulous new kitchen will look like. If you are happy with this design, we will then submit your new kitchen for pricing and if you decide to go ahead you will be required to pay a 50% deposit. 3 Final Site Measure Once you’ve paid your deposit our Installation Customer Services Consultant will visit your home and confirm all measurements by carrying out the final site measure to ensure that your new kitchen will fit into the available space. 4 Production Any changes or discrepancies picked up at the final site measure will be amended and your designer will present to you the final design and specification (called the Confirmed Kitchen Order) for your approval. Once you have done this approval you will be given a key date summary with the confirmation of your delivery and installation dates. Your delivery and manufacturing times are dictated by the material you have chosen but generally you can expect a minimum of 15 working days for melamine and acrylic cabinetry and 20 working days for Dezignatek (thermoformed) cabinetry after this sign off. 5 Manufacture Your kitchen is manufactured to the time frames agreed at sign off then dispatched from our factory here in Hamilton. Payment of the kitchen balance is now due. 6 Delivery Our in-house delivery team will deliver your new kitchen on the agreed date. 7 Installation Our Total Kitchens accredited kitchen installers will be on site to fit your new kitchen. How long this takes depends on a number of factors but not limited to the size of kitchen, type of benchtop etc. 8 Post-Installation Once your new kitchen has been installed (including benchtops) our Installation Customer Services Consultant will visit you to ensure everything has been completed to your satisfaction and your fabulous new kitchen meets your expectations.
