TOTA is foil balloon/mylar balloons and balloon accessories manufacturer which started in 2004. Until 2010, We manufactured and sold wholesale balloon accessories, plastic party products and paper party products to thousands of wholesalers, distributors, supermarkets, party stores and discount stores all over the world. In the end of 2010, We set up a foil balloon/mylar balloons factory to produce foil balloons/mylar balloons. Immediately they gained market share. This business has grown significantly in last years. Most customer complained that the MOQ is too high compare to their local market. Now the problem has been solved by us. We make the MOQ of the foil balloons/mylar balloons from 20000pcs to as low as 500pcs. Their foil balloons manufactured by the automatic machine that designed and produced by ourselves. Over 10 patents have been gained in foil balloon machine. Our factory/warehouse located in Qingdao, China is capably staffed by 40 employees, either working in the factory or warehouse. We specialized in foil balloons/mylar balloons, and we also produce balloon accessories by our 12 sets of injection molding machine and plastic extruding machine, such as balloon weights, balloon sticks and cups, balloon nets, balloon pumps, balloon hand pumps, mini pumps.
