We aim to dispatch your order immediately but in some cases it may take up to 1 week from order to delivery. Hygiene and safety are important to us and our customers, so for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept this back as a return unless it has a fault. That's right, ALL orders over £49 are delivered free of charge as long as you have a mainland UK address. Orders under £49 are charged £3.99 for delivery. We can deliver to your home or, if easier, your work address, a relative or neighbour - whatever is best for you. Please ensure you provide us with an email address and phone number when you place your order so we can keep you informed of its status and if the delivery driver has a problem finding your address, they can contact you to deliver your order first time. When your order is packed and dispatched from our warehouse you will be emailed with tracking information so that you can check your delivery's progress. We have worked hard to develop our packaging materials and techniques to make sure that your orders arrive in perfect condition. You can collect from our warehouse in Kent if it's easier for you, but please contact us first to make sure your order is ready as we don't want to disappoint. Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, toilet seats are non-returnable if the plastic seal has been removed from the seat. You can check toilet seats for damages / discrepancies without removing said seal quite easily by carefully opening the packaging, making sure it can be resealed and resold if necessary and then remove the seat from the packaging without breaking the seal.
