TMAK Gıda Makineleri A.Ş. was established in 2002 as a spare parts workshop, quickly standing out as a notable company in its field due to its innovative vision and the work it does. Prioritizing innovation and development, our company first developed the CookieMAK dough shaping and cookie machine in 2008, based on its experiences in the field of bakery machines. Thanks to the special head structure developed by our company, CookieMAK has managed to minimize the stress on the dough, thus becoming the preferred machine in the sector in a short time. Through our innovative and inventive approach, we produced the FillMAK machine in 2010, which allows for the production of stuffed meatballs, fruit balls, or filled cookies. Since then, we have continued our efforts in similar product areas, creating a product portfolio of 16 different machines, thus expanding our efficiency in the market. Our company, primarily focused on the production of the dry pastry machine CookieMAK, has progressed towards finding solutions for many machinery needs with a single machine through the special software and systems it has developed. The cookie machine, éclairs machine, macaroon machine, or wafer machine, meringue machine, cupcake machine, and gluten-free cookie machine are among the various needs that CookieMAK dry pastry machine has successfully met with a single machine and a single head structure system. In this context, the cookie machine, which can produce different varieties of cookies according to customer demands and can provide solutions for everyone, has transformed into a flawless dry pastry machine by continuously improving its technological equipment up to the present. The high success we achieved with the CookieMAK cookie machine paved the way for us to develop our FillMAK filled cookie machine in line with our customers' demands. Initially designed as a dual-color cookie machine, FillMAK has been developed by our R&D unit to meet various needs, just like in the CookieMAK, such as stuffed meatball machines, mamoul machines, fruit ball machines, or pogacha machines. The high performance shown by the fruit ball machine has made the FillMAK filled cookie machine indispensable for all companies producing fruit balls. Additionally, complementary machines such as coating machines or stamping machines have been added to our product portfolio, marking significant development in our production. Our successes with semi-industrial machines have also created the necessity to respond to our customers' demands for éclair filling machines and cake sauce pouring machines. We introduced the InjMAK mini filling machine as a complementary machine, offering a versatile chocolate filling and sauce dosing machine that meets different machinery needs such as éclair filling machines, milk dessert portioning machines, cake sauce pouring machines, pie pouring machines, or injection machines. Finally, our flagship machine added to our product portfolio is the PastryMAK dumpling machine. In line with our production logic, our company aims to meet multiple machinery needs with a single machine. With PastryMAK, we have developed a technology that can meet various needs such as triangle dumpling machines, ravioli machines, empanada machines, Turkish delight machines, or stuffed fruit bar machines, resulting in a manufacturer-friendly machine.
