Each panel starts with 11-ply, Structural 1 grade Douglas fir plywood with ultra-fine hardwood face veneers. For maximum durability, both sides are clad with a three-part, 120lb high density overlay. We proudly produce the first and only, heavy duty fiberglass loop tie for steel-framed modular forms. The tie functions exactly the same as a steel loop tie with respect to installation and strength, but it will never rust in the wall and it eliminates the need for patching. Our factory is geared up to produce loop ties, button-head snap ties, cam-lock ties, residential 1-1/8” ties, coil ties, blind side wall ties, and other specialty ties. Configurations are limitless; any length, fractional, odd breakbacks, waterstop, cones, stainless steel, you name it.
