All time recording systems are not equal, some excel. A time clock system is only as good as the time card it generates for the employee to understand and see that they have been treated fairly. If the time card is laid out badly or the information cannot be EASILY understood it can create confusion and resentment for some employees. So all of our time cards always show the real time the employee clocked and are logically laid out, with 2 ‘paired’ clocking per line with hours totalled for those clockings.
