Conversation and definition of needs We establish all important information and details, estimate the project, and then arrange a meeting with the client. 2. Professional measurement on site and calculation Performing measurements on site, specifying details, presenting samples and final calculation. 3. Production At this stage, we prepare production processes. We introduce the necessary elements into machine control programs, prepare materials and then process and fulfill the order. 4. Transport and assembly We offer transport to the address indicated by the client and professional assembly of all elements on site. 5. Warranty and service If necessary, we go to the client to repair any defect of our products. Due to infrequent complaints, we do not have a specific warranty period, so we provide assistance indefinitely.
