Tilemaster Adhesives, founded in 1990, continues to have customer care at the heart of everything it does.  The excellent product range and impeccable customer service are much loved by customers across the UK. Over the years, the company has grown to supply a comprehensive range of products for the ceramic and resilient markets.  Tilemaster Adhesives is based in Lancashire with the production facility in Leyland and distribution centre in Chorley.   In 2020, which celebrates Tilemaster Adhesives 30th anniversary year, the company has underlined their commitment to delivering the best possible service and being at the forefront of innovation by investing in the Leyland plant.  Works have included creating new offices, extending the R&D facility, revamping two of the existing production lines and installing new automated machineries.  The Customer Service and Commercial Teams continue to be the first point of contact for all enquiries, whether general questions, processing orders or sourcing a local stockist.   Each region has a dedicated member of the Commercial Team who can provide one-on-one support drawing from their hands-on experience and product expertise to offer advice on products or installations. Further support is offered through site visits, where guidance is given on particular products or challenges faced.  Tilemaster Adhesives is also regularly involved in product training and demonstration days, where customers have the opportunity to see first-hand how the formulations work and seek advice from the knowledgeable team. An extension to the Commercial Team is the Business Development and Specification Team who work closely with architects, designers and contractors to consult, educate and advise on sustainable building materials and systems. Assistance includes drawing up specifications, proposing products and systems to the market and providing technical advice, backup and support throughout projects.
