Role: I'm responsible for doing the job well and on time making the customer happy!
Favourite Building: Battersea Reach is my favourite - it was a well organised and clean site, and a great project to work on.
Role: I’m a pipe-fitter. I lay down piping, connecting to the manifold and installing thermal insulation. 
Favourite Building: Definitely Burlington Gate. The area around the site is peaceful and the management is always helpful.
Role: I work on the install team, and I’m responsible for the installation and to support a great customer service and to deliver the projects on time.
Favourite Building: South Bank Tower.  I love this building because it was a challenging project for me, and it’s a beautiful building with an amazing view of the Thames.
Role: I’m the first point of contact for our customers, I coordinate all the project admin, and look after the team in the office.  It’s a diverse role! 
Favourite Building:  Probably the penthouses at No 1 Hyde Park – they’re absolutely luxurious apartments at the most desirable address in London!
Role at Thermotec: Looking after the staff and keeping them motivated is top priority, likewise the suppliers, as they are all part of the team.
Favourite Building: ‘Pinehurst’ on the Wentworth Estate, was the most prestigious project.
Role at Thermotec:  I look after our customers, make sure we’ve properly understood their objectives when we’re discussing new projects, and help them to find the best UFH solution to meet those objectives.  
Favourite Building: Battersea Power Station’s East Village is one of London's most exciting new destinations, offering a diverse selection of restaurants, bars and shops, and it’s one of the first projects I’ve worked on here at Thermotec.
Role: I am responsible for the overall welfare of the Thermotec team and for successful client liaisons and business development
Favourite Building: I enjoyed delivering the floor make solution on the Centre Point Tower refurbishment project due to the design and specification intricacies.
Role: Working in Sales & Marketing, watching the construction market with interest and making sure we are continually improving to best meet the needs of our customers.
Favourite Building: All the high-rise apartments, really!  I should purchase an apartment high up - the views are fascinating.
Role: To get the job done correctly and on time, making the customer happy!
Favourite Building:  It’s got to be Battersea Reach because it’s a lovely area to live, with a beautiful view of Thames.  (Oh – and the site was very organised too, which helped!)
Role: I coordinate all the projects in the London area, making sure everything goes smoothly for the client. 
Favourite Building: Eagle House is an amazing listed building in Wimbledon Village that has been recently renovated.
Role: I’m part of the install team, supervising, controlling and monitoring the work, making sure that everything is done in a safe and sound manner.
Favourite Building: I’m fortunate enough to have worked on buildings as iconic as the One Blackfriars development.  I can enjoy an amazing view from my ‘office’ window everyday - the kind of view that people pay to see, except I’m the one getting paid to be here!
Role at Thermotec: I enjoy working on the install UFH team, and I’m responsible for do a perfect job.  I like this quote: "When you work, enjoy it. If work is just a debt, it will kill you."
Favourite Building: I like One Blackfriars because it has a nice view of a part of the London skyline.
Favourite Building: I’ve loved working on the projects that have had a piece of history attached to them.  Royal Wells Park transformed an old hospital site in Tunbridge Wells, Kent with a great collection of houses and apartments.
Role at Thermotec: I’m generally the first to get a real look at the projects when they come into estimating.  I take my measurements from the plans and produce our quotation.  I also deal with any PQQs, Company RAMs, Tech Subs and O&M manuals.
Role: I work with the install team, working with contract managers to ensure the contracts run as smoothly as possible. 
Favourite Building: I love Centre Point, because it’s a Grade II listed building in central London that was one of the first high rise buildings in the capital! Random Fact: Given the chance (and the money) I would love to do property development.

Role at Thermotec: I am responsible for the general bookkeeping and production of data for the management reports and accounts, I deal with the VAT and also the CIS payments for sub-contractors.
Favourite Building: It has to be Southpoint!
