The Winking Moose

The Winking Moose is owned and operated by artist and entrepreneur Paul Heflinger. Born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska, elements of nature have always been on the forefront of my mind. Each piece has been inspired by animals and the vast wild I have experienced for many years in Alaska. Besides operating The Winking Moose, I also work as a fishing and raft guide in Fairbanks while I continue to pursue my Master’s degree in Biology at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. email: info@thewinkingmoose.com The Winking Moose not only loves the environment, but we are also dependent on it to produce our products. We therefore strive to achieve environmentally-friendly solutions for production and shipping of all our products. All shipping materials, aside from the USPS flat rate boxes, are made from as many recycled materials as possible including old Fairbanks Daily News-Miner papers as padding. Not only will you get a taste of Fairbanks, Alaska from purchasing our items, but you will also get a taste in our packing materials!
