The Whanau Ora Community Clinic

Who is The Whanau Ora  Community Clinic? Our Clinic was established in 2014 from a policy developed by the government which focused on Family Well-being or Whanau Ora.  The founder of the organisation George Ngatai and his wife wanted to show NZ families what the principal factors of Whanau Ora was all about.  Since then this organisation has established may clinics in and across the country.  In fact we have practices as far north as Kaeo and as far south as Christchurch.  Every practice we have operating will have access to a doctor or nurse practitioner, a nurse, a social worker, a counselor, a community lawyer or a whanau navigator who are there to assist you where they can.  If a practice does not have one of these staff on site you will be able to contact one at our Head Office based in Manukau Since 2014 we have established social and health services in over 6 towns and cities across New Zealand.  Every week we are getting requests to set up services in local communities.  Our philosophy is to deliver appropriate services for families and individuals in need.  We do this by having dedicated and passionate staff who put their lives on the line for you. We have a combined staff experience of over 50 plus years who have worked in the the health and social service arena over this time.  They have chosen to work for our organisation because they care for our communities.
