The Tessman Company has been serving Lawn Care Companies, Snow Removal Professionals, Landscapers, Golf Courses, Athletic Field Managers, Greenhouses and Nurseries since 1950. We have warehouses in St. Paul, MN, Sioux Falls, SD and Fargo, ND. Tessman offers a wide variety of fertilizers, chemicals, grass seed, golf course supplies, greenhouse soils and plastics, landscape supplies and ice melters. Our sales and customer service staff has an unmatched technical knowledge of the products we sell and how they can benefit our customers. We want to help your business succeed! Our History The Tessman Company has been operating in the Twin Cities area under several owners since 1950. In 1995, John Timberg purchased Tessman from Hawkins Corporation and started a transformation from retail garden products to professional turf, golf course, landscape and greenhouse sales. In 2001, Terry Reiten was added to the team and became an owner shortly thereafter. The company is still owned locally by the Timberg and Reiten families, and helps support over 30 families in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota.
