The Makery

I am a team member. While I have skills in engineering, design, and systems thinking, my focus throughout my education and career has been on determining how best to work with others. No impactful project has been completed without the collaboration of many people, often across disciplines, and my goal remains to find, develop, and put into practice strategies to be able to work with practically anyone on complex problems. I am driven to find others to collaborate around breaking down and finding solutions to wicked problems using systems thinking, codesign, and teaming frameworks.  I am especially passionate about finding solutions that address food insecurity, houselessness, and sustainability in the built environment and have tried to shape the projects that I've done and I am currently doing in the Masters of Design Engineering program (Brown + RISD) around these subjects.
