Home of Mermaid Gin. Inspired by our island setting, we use ethically sourced and local natural ingredients to create a range of premium, small batch spirits. As part of our commitment to conservation we’re proactive in helping to protect our island’s marine environment, adopting a progressive plastic free approach. Rock Samphire is foraged from our shoreline, Boadicea hops are harvested from Ventnor Botanic Gardens and elderflower is handpicked from local fields. Our distillation process is tightly controlled, capturing only the ‘hearts’ of each batch – the sweet spot – for our signature smooth delivery.
