Welcome to The Fettle Box!   Yes, this site is very modern but we are all about old fashioned service to collectors & enthusiast users of classic pressure stoves & lamps.
At the Fettle* Box we only use VITON for our 'Made to Last' rubber seals for use with paraffin or petrol stoves & lamps.  This superior material was originally designed for the US military for use in jet engines & today is found in demanding applications in the petrochemical, automotive & many other industries.VITON is much more expensive than nitrile but the Fettle Box is able to offer our VITON seals cheaper than most nitrile offerings by cutting out the middle man.  We manufacture our own 'Made to Last' seals using our own quality press & tooling.  Not only do you get great value for money - you also get longevity!
Our stove kit's are made inhouse specifically for a range of stoves - there is no 'one kit fit's all' as ebay would have you believe!   Some of our kit's have extra washers to cover age variants of the same stove.  If you're stove is not covered by the kits we list drop us a line with your requirements.  It's very likely we can make what you need.
We supply parts, washers, seals & kits for many common types of pressure lamp & stove & frequently add new items to our range.  If you don't see the washer or seal you require please let us have details of the dimensions & the material & we may be able to make them for you.  If we can there is no minimum order if we have the material in stock.  We can make seals out of lead, asbestos-free gasket materials,  HDPE, cork, VITON, nitrile etc

You will be made most welcome but beware  - collecting these old beauties can be infectious!
