David F. Salter is the only self-admitted male chauvinist-in-rehabilitation in the country, and he uses his experiences as a father of three daughters, 20+ years of coaching girl’s youth sports and nearly 20 years as an administrator in higher education to inform his writing, speaking and coaching. He’s an award-winning writer who’s leaned on his curiosity to uncover different angles and new viewpoints on some traditional topics like parenting, leadership, teamwork and maximizing potential. Decorated numerous times for his crafting of advertising and marketing materials, as well as for his former newspaper column about girls and women in sports, Salter also is the author of five books, most recently his humorous parenting memoir, “Did I Just Say That?”
