However, he wanted to utilize his skills and passion to make a difference, establishing The Bag Broker in 2004. Fluent in Mandarin and living in Taiwan, Holger decided to fill the gap and become the bridge between the packaging manufacturers and the roasters. As the third wave in specialty coffee started to gain more traction, roasters were eager to share the origin and uniqueness of their coffee and packaging became the natural canvas to tell that story. Today, The Bag Broker is a leading packaging supplier and supplies a wide range of packaging worldwide. It has offices and partnerships in Australia, Europe, UK, Taiwan and China, with more to follow.
