Company philosophy, vision and mission Terrats Medical SL is on its third generation as a family company. Started in 1947 it has been always involved in the production of metal precision parts. Nowadays we believe we are the more responsive, efficient and cost affordable prosthetic solution producer in Europe among the top quality ones. OUR FACILITIES The present facilities started its activity by February 2017 after two years of hard work, to create what we believe is a second to none dental implant and abutments production facility. We created this place with few but very clear ideas in mind: A modern place where working should be a pleasure Environmental friendly using the latest technology in energy saving Light is life, so we used massively glass, creating open and warm spaces. In its more than 6000 squared meters Terrats Medical will keep growing adapting the production methods to the new technologies that may come to medical devices production field. It is divided in different areas according to their activities: Serial products production, such as abutments and dental implant related products Custom production and laboratory, to produce customised prosthetics as well as prototyping. Engineering, with the latest technology for quality control and designing Sanitary department: where the parts become a medical device, that include the clean room, final reports area, cleaning, packing and labelling. Sales and customer care Administration Education area, for trainings and presentations Logistics …and relax & leisure, because the free time along the day has to be according to our highest standards too! OUR GREEN ENERGY At Terrats Medical we’re committed to a more sustainable and greener world. For this reason we’ve installed 274 solar panels on the roof of our HQ.
