Tennis Plus, why? To help amateur tennis players PLAY MORE. PLAY LONGER, PLAY BETTER: thanks to the various courses, coaching, and therapies we offer. WITH A SMILE: thanks to the gift items available in our Happy Tennis e-shop. Tennis-Plus, it's not for me, since I don't play tennis... Well, in fact... YES! We offer group classes in: Pilates, gym, physical conditioning for adults, juniors, and seniors. We also offer therapies: massages, reiki, and nutrition advice. We organize events: festive tournaments and evenings, seminars for companies, birthday parties for children. In short..., our activities at the Sports Center of Valeyres are open to everyone! Tennis-Plus aims to bring together a range of services and activities in one place, the Sports Center of Valeyres-sous-Montagny, in the Yverdon-les-Bains region. Tennis-Plus is somewhat of a "health hub" in your tennis club and participates in the club's activities.
