With roots in traditional telecom, we saw the limitations of outdated systems and set out to create something better: a flexible, cloud-based solution that prioritizes reliability, usability, and scalability. Our History 1982: Tele-Solutions founded by Michael Finaldi, specializing in installing and supporting business phone systems in New Jersey. 1992: Tele-Solutions acquires its 1000th NJ-based client and develops a strong reputation in the northern NJ marketplace. 2000: Tele-Solutions is awarded “platinum” dealer, representing a legacy manufacturer “Sprint Voice Products”. 2002: Tele-Solutions adapts - begins installing and supporting converged telephony computer software technology. 2010: Tele-Solutions becomes one of the first companies to embrace emerging cloud based technology. 2013: Tele-Solutions becomes TeleCloud. 2014: The company Founder, Michael Finaldi retires. Damon Finaldi, Vincent Finaldi, and Cara Miscia assume leadership of the company and begin its second-generation journey. 2017: TeleCloud expands to become a dedicated VoIP service provider and a 100% fully-hosted cloud communications provider. 2021: TeleCloud enters its next growth phase. 100% focused on innovative and people-first delivery of cloud based phone services and solutions.
