The CTI Comet USB and the Comet Serial are our family of UK designed and manufactured Caller ID units. All reliably provide the Caller ID information in the same format respectively over USB or RS-232 interfaces. Typical applications for these products are: EPOS terminals in fast food outlets, Customer verification for taxi companies, Doctors and Dental surgeries and Incoming call Logging. In order to support these products, we have made available information on the protocols used by these products. This can be downloaded from our website as PDFs or Word documents from the Product Support pages. The Meteor Plus Caller ID product is no longer available and is replaced by the Comet Serial.
