We are a young, international team in a highly customer-oriented company. TECNOMACO was founded in 1994. Back then it operated in a small plant – 120 Sqm – and employed only 5 people. Since then our company has continually increased its market share and clinched strategic partnerships. TODAY it has over 70 employees in a 7000 Sqm plant and over 1000 of our stand alone machines and production lines are working everyday in 75 countries. We design and manufacture machines for counting, blistering, liquid filling-capping, powder dosing, labeling, alu printing and weight-checking. We are also able to provide complete packaging lines for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and cosmetic industries. At the same time we can offer technical interventions on existing machines, engineering services, after sales assistance, supply new size parts and much more. OUR DEPARTMENTS Commercial Every day the Commercial Department deals with dozens of companies all over the world. Our competent, friendly and efficient staff work in close contact with the Production Department to involve the customer at every stage of the process and ensure the most suitable solution for every need. Administrative The Administrative Department works to ensure the utmost punctuality and full functionality of procedures, fostering cooperation and constant dialogue between the various departments of our company. Here the key words are: clarity, transparency, honesty, courtesy, professionalism and constant attention to the customer. Mechanical Design We design with care, to meet every need. The strength of our Mechanical Design Department lies in its flexibility and ability to combine various solutions to create effective solutions and complete packaging lines, adaptable to the production requirements and space available to the customer. Mechanical Production The Mechanical Production Department, the beating heart of our company, works two shifts a day and is divided into three micro-areas: traditional turning, milling, and evolutionary turning. From here, every day the various finished parts come out, which are then used for the assembly of the various machines. Electrical and Automation This department is located within the workshop to ensure rapid intervention and better logistics. The staff is made up of professionals specialised in wiring and setting up electrical panels, developers of automation software for PLC and automated systems specific to the various machines. Construction Design In the Mechanical Construction Design Department, the designs created by the Technical Department are processed for the manufacture of individual components. The use of advanced tools, such as CAD/CAM software, allows us to reduce process times and guarantee maximum accuracy during production. Machine assembly and testing In this department we carry out the assembly and final testing of machines. Thanks to the large space available, we can test complete lines and various formats in order to deliver production-ready lines to companies. Our technicians follow the customer throughout the life cycle of the machine, guaranteeing testing, installation and assistance, even remotely. Warehouse Our warehouse, adjacent to the Production Department, is structured to meet specific quality and logistical requirements. The presence of dedicated staff and special access and storage protocols guarantees perfect conservation of components, careful management and high safety standards. Manuals The Manuals Department provides customers with detailed documentation and certification of conformity for each machine. Our products are manufactured according to GMP standards, to meet the indispensable requirements of quality, safety and efficacy in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical sectors.
