NATIONAL STANDARDS TEACCH Center is one of the specialized rehabilitation centers that provides the best support programs and services for people with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorder in the State of Kuwait. We are committed to integrate and empower people with disabilities in the society and provide support to their families. We, in the State of Kuwait, provide this noble humanitarian project with the help of people white hands and hearts and educators who love sincere work, and specialists in the fields of education and rehabilitation to people with developmental disorders and mental disabilities, in line with the latest standards and modern technology. The Almighty said: (And whoever volunteers, it is better for him) Al-Baqara verse number 148. Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the most honorable of messengers, our Prophet Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, his family and his companions, and after: a great verse mentioning God in His Great Book. In light of this noble goal, the idea of establishing the TEACCH Center arose among few centers that provide rehabilitation services for people with disabilities. To provide job opportunities according to their capabilities and productivity. The TEACCH Center also welcomes every specialist interested in the field of disability to join us, for employment or volunteering to fill a shortage in manpower. In conclusion, I extend my sincere thanks and gratitude to the National Fund for Small and Medium Enterprise for supporting us as entrepreneurs, for supporting this humanitarian and community project, and for believing its great belief in the competencies of Kuwaiti youth’s capabilities to our children with disabilities to achieve our dream in building a better future for them and their families.
