TAS EVOTEK is one of the largest manufacturers of flexible packaging materials for the food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and other industries in Central and Eastern Europe. For over 20 years, the company has provided a full production cycle of flexible polymer packaging materials - from granules and paints to finished roll materials and bags. The products meet the environmental and legal requirements of all sales markets, including the EU and the USA. The company produces flexible packaging materials that have excellent appearance, high barrier properties, are effectively processed on packaging machines, extend the shelf life of products, and are environmentally safe at all stages of life. Coextrusion, duplex, triplex and inline lamination based on solvent and solvent-free technologies are used in production. Vacuum metallization with preliminary plasma surface treatment of films is carried out. Electronic design, digital and laser technologies of pre-printing processes are used. Stochastic rastering technology is used for the preparation of gravure and flexographic printing. Various types of paints and varnishes are used in the production of packaging, including with ultraviolet curing. A research and development center has been established at the enterprise, where the production process is systematically improved, new resource-saving technologies are introduced, new materials are developed and individual product solutions are offered for business development. Only those materials and raw material components that are certified in accordance with international and European safety standards are used in production. Samples of manufactured products are thoroughly analyzed in the company's quality laboratory, which is equipped with modern equipment.
