Discover the taste of cocoa harvested with care, roasted with passion, in a confection or a Belgian chocolate tablet with unique aromas from around the world. Everything started in my grandmother's kitchen. This chance encounter with the material reveals a million possibilities for the creative I am. It was then in Asia that my story with Belgian chocolate took on its full scope. Since then, I have only one desire: to enhance the terroir and the centuries-old knowledge of cocoa planters from Nicaragua, the Philippines, India, Indonesia, Peru, or Venezuela... Selecting only quality origin ingredients, inscribing my artisanal know-how in a sustainable approach, to prolong an insatiable gourmandise. This is why I commit to always offering "homemade" chocolate in the traditional way, made from unhybridized cocoa beans, grown without glyphosate and in respect of human rights.
