About T-Byrd Graphics Total Print Solutions Here at T-Byrd Graphics, we can supply an entire line of promotional products, and “swag” for your company, or upcoming event. While everyone loves a great T-shirt, you can expand on that with coffee mugs, mouse pads, custom clocks, name tags, prestigious awards, aluminum signs, ceramic tiles, and thousands of other products. Traditional Screen Printing is still the most economical option for larger quantities, single or multi-color prints. Why stop there though? We now have cutting-edge (DTG) a.k.a. Direct To Garment printing. You can now get a full-color graphic printed directly on a garment. What We Offer DTG We have 5 years in the DTG industry. We have extensively tested hundreds of garments, and have found which ones give the best print results. We have our recommended brands, and can only guarantee the best product if we help choose the garment you want to print on. You can trust us when we promise you the highest quality DTG product available on the market. A white underbase is printed under the colors when printed on a dark-colored garment. This makes the colors brighter and is the reason for a major benefit over sublimation garment printing. Anything from company logos, graphic designs, artwork, and photos can be printed on a variety of garments in vivid color. Screenprinting With screen printing, the garment choice are almost unlimited. You can screen print on almost any fabric. Though some will yield better results than others. For larger orders, the price per print can be in the single digits. You pay a screen charge upfront, but each print after that can be very cost-effective. Lower quantity orders can see an increase in price though as the process is designed for long runs. Sublimation Dye sublimation printing uses ink and heat to transfer an image onto a material. Sublimation printing transfers full-color artwork onto polyester and polymer-coated substrates. Sublimation can be used on many materials such as 100% polyester fabric products and specially coated plastics, ceramics, metal, hardboard, acrylic, neoprene, and more. The process of sublimation uses heat and pressure applied to the ink and transfer paper, transforming it into a gas without passing through the liquid state, which fully embeds the graphic onto the material.
