The company's history includes: - Founded in 1965 by Mr. Weera Dechthamrong and Mr. Wiwat Dechthamrong, starting with a printing factory on steel sheets. - In 1967, established a spray can manufacturing plant. - In 1970, expanded production lines to include color cans, engine oil cans, cooking oil cans, and others. - In 1985, changed the company name from Swan Industries Partnership to Swan Industries (Thailand) Limited and expanded production lines for milk powder cans. - In 1989, relocated the factory from Bang Khen District, Bangkok to Bangplee Industrial Estate, Samut Prakan Province, expanding the factory and production lines for food cans and easy-open ends. - In 1994, expanded production lines for beverage can easy-open ends and 3-piece beverage cans. - In 2000, expanded production lines for 2-piece sanitary food cans. - In 2004, increased registered capital from 150,000,000 THB to 400,000,000 THB to expand the factory and production lines for steel cutting, lacquering, and printing. - In 2005, invested in the installation of the most modern 6-color printer at that time. - In 2007, increased production capacity for 2-piece sanitary food cans. - In 2008, increased registered capital from 400,000,000 THB to 800,000,000 THB, partnering with TOYO SEIKAN KAISHA, LTD., JAPAN, the largest can manufacturer in Japan and the fifth largest in the world for 2-piece beverage can production.
