Marine airbags workshop founded in 2004, it has a professional and modern airbag production line and airbag vulcanization system. SunHelm Marine produces marine airbags, engineering transport airbags, puncture-resistant airbags and other types. Our airbags have better aging resistance and wear resistance. It is widely used in fields such as ship launching, caisson lifting and transportation, and underwater installation engineering flotation assistance. Founded in 2006, with advanced pneumatic fender production lines, SunHelm Marine can produce sheathed pneumatic fenders, suspended pneumatic fenders, Hydro-Pneumatic Fender pneumatic fenders, Rope net Type pneumatic fenders and customized. Our pneumatic fenders have a size range of D0.5mXL1m ~D4.5mXL12m. Our pneumatic fenders have high safety factor, long service life and are fully compliant with ISO 17357-1:2014 standards. Foam fender workshopfounded in 2007, SunHelm Marine introduced the world's leading intelligent and automated foam fender production lines. The workshop adopts 6S standard management and can produce  Chain&tyre Net Type Foam Fender, Sling Type Foam Fender, dount fenders and customer-customized foam fenders. Our foam fenders use 100% fully closed-cell foam core and the outer layer is covered with polyurea. It has excellent energy absorption and low reaction performance and has become the preferred berthing equipment for naval warship berths, tanker terminals, and oil & gas terminals.  Solid Rubber fender workshop founded in 2008, it has modern production equipment and can produce dozens of types of solid rubber fenders such as cell rubber fenders and cone rubber fenders. The solid rubber fenders have low reaction force, high energy absorption, and resistance to seawater corrosion, has been widely used in ports, terminals and ships. SunHelm Marine has established professional engineering construction teams, all of which have more than 10 years of overseas engineering construction experience, and can provide installation guidance services according to customer requirements.
