Sun Polymers started in 1994 as a small plant in Fort Wayne, Indiana with two small reactors. Today we are a subsidiary of Taiwan-based Chansieh Enterprises. Our quality control measures are head and shoulders above our competitors. Most polyester resin manufacturers merely measure the physical properties of the resin without actually making a powder coating. We spray it out and cure it to actually test every batch. Our Q-PANEL paint testing means you get a consistent product for paints, plating, adhesives, sealants, and other coatings – every time. It’s a fairly time intensive way to do QC, but it’s written into our iso-procedures. It’s what we do! We strive for energy efficiency when we manufacture our products. We do that by operating our facility in a way that is as careful with environmental impact as possible. We create a Total Quality Management environment, leading by example and sharing knowledge with our teams through training programs, controls, and procedures.
