a company is Establish in Haridwar in 2005, is engaged in the working of hydro and thermal plant in so many field like rebabitting, machining, shaft repairing, balancing, repairing & overhauling of machine such as trash rack cleaning machine, draft tube drain valve and all type of maintenance work in hydro power station under reputed concern last few years. The industry is located at F-27, industrial area, bahadrabad, Haridwar (U.K). The major field of operation is rebabitting of all type of turbine bearings, guide bearings, thrust guide bearings, pads, segments etc. Sudershan Industries is capable of meeting the customers specifies needs with in the range of production and the products are always a high quality. A production base ensure timely delivery even for the urgent requirment of the customer. We have separate machining shop in which Vertical Boring Machine, lathe machines, radial drill m/c, grinding machine, padel stand drill m/c, welding m/c, gas plant, shot blasting m/c, furnance etc. We have separate babitting shop in which we do babitting of bearing by centrifugal process & static process with virgin lead free tin base white metal confirming to 1525 grade 84. Bearing is tested U.S.T for white metal bond confirming to is specification 4386/1-b (2b) DPT on surface & joint for in hole, inclusion & cracks confirming to ISO Spec.4386/3-c. We have good babitting shop in which centrifugal process, gas plant with furnace, gas & temperature control instrument, shoot blasting machine etc. Management: M/s Sudershan Industries is managed by Mr. Shiv Prakash Kamboj who is a well experienced person having experience of more than 35 years in babitting shop as a chief tech. in BHEL, HARIDWAR. Our Quality Assurance Program Our bearings are manufactured or rebuilt from virgin Babbitt material. Each bearing is ultrasonically tested by an independent testing firm to verify the percentage of bonded contact ( normally in excess of 95% of surface area.) DPT (Dye Penetration Test) to be verify the surface crack examination. A certificate of bond and crack is issued with each bearing that leaves our facality.
