We have a 10 day return period for our customers from the date of delivery of the product. Damages entertained include physical and manufacturer defects. The product should not be used and retained in the same packaging as the product was delivered for your return to be accepted. After the mentioned period of 10 days, no returns will be entertained Once the return request is approved, your refund will be initiated. We will, notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once initiated, you will receive the amount in your bank account within 4 working days.
