Steve’s Greenhouses is located in Kelso, WA on the beautiful Coweeman River. We have lived here for 10 years. There are no utilities so we create our own by using solar panels when the sun is shining to charge the batteries, and we use a generator when the skies are gray. We use propane for our appliances and wood for heat. We have 4 dogs and 2 cats and 7 grandchildren. We truly are so blessed to be living this life. We love what we do! Since we are off the grid, building affordable greenhouse kits seemed the perfect fit for our lifestyle. We grow our own food in a 10’x 30’ greenhouse. We work out of a 30’ x 80’ that is right on the bank of the river. Our uncle Steve started the company in 1998. Since our family had always been involved, we took over when he retired and we moved the business up to Rose Valley. We wanted to continue his legacy and his dedication to customer service. Our original goal with this greenhouse business back in 2004 was to appeal to the backyard grower with a reasonably priced very strong greenhouse for their backyard needs. Over the years the business has grown, With the addition of larger greenhouses most of our demand now comes from individual farmers and growers throughout the Northwest including Idaho, Montana and California. We now offer greenhouses in widths of 6 ½’ 10’ 12' 16' 20' 24' and 30’. Lengths are between 10' and 95' to suit the growers intended use. All of the steel parts are made in the US. We are NRCS High Tunnel Program Compliant. When available, all parts are made in the US.
