We specialise in sports surface technology, installation, and maintenance, as well as offering an exceptional project management service Our History 1972 Sports Surfaces UK was established under the joint ownership of Dunlop Ltd and American Biltrite Inc. Since 1972, we’ve been ensuring facilities across the UK and worldwide can offer safe, effective, and fun places for people to get active and enjoy sport. 1993 Sports Surfaces UK evolved into a separate company under the direction of previous manager, Phil Earnshaw. Today Still under Phil’s expert direction, Sports Surfaces UK are a leading indoor sports floor specialist. We continue to offer an unparalleled personalised service to our customers throughout the industry. As a family-run company with all these years under our belt, it’s safe to say we’re passionate about what we do. Many of our customers have been with us since the start, and we’re proud to have developed a dedicated team of installation supervisors. Together, we’ve installed floors at major cricket schools, two of Amir Khan’s boxing rings and even at Chris Hoy’s training venue – The Olympic Velodrome. Meet the team Phil Earnshaw Phil is highly qualified and has a wealth of experience in sport, surface technology and construction. Phil provides support and advice for the team while focusing on developing the business to provide clients with the highest level of service. Kate Jones Kate has many years’ experience in the industry and is responsible for overseeing the operational side of the business including managing our engineers, programme, project and contracts.
