We were asked by our friends at d:class automotive to be involved with the build of a one-off Renault Twingo to launch the new face-lifted model. Renault gave a celebrity in England, France, Germany and Italy one each to create a day in the life. England was represented by Nicola Roberts of Girls Aloud fame, who chose exactly what she wanted to be put into her car with the aid of a designer. Spending time in the studio and concentrating on her fashion and make-up range, these were all to be included within the build. We were given only a short deadline of a week and a half to complete before the car was launched in Renault’s showroom. Involved in the build also were D:Class Automotive, Mototrim, Multi-Tech. This car will be doing European tours throughout 2012.
