A UK company with a proud European heritage. SONE Products has been in operation for over 40 years at its site in the north east of England, supplying innovative application and dispensing solutions to an international portfolio of brands. Originally part of GEKA GmbH, a leading cosmetics packaging supplier based in Germany, SONE became independent in 2010 after a management buy-out by two members of the senior team who identified significant opportunities for further growth and market diversification. SONE’s board comprises three experienced directors. Raymond Oliver is based at the company’s site and has overall responsibility for the business. Walter Schmidt and Hans Rainer Stork are based in Germany and add significantly to SONE’s European scope of operation. The business has expanded over the years and its 3,000 square metre site now houses three plastic packaging manufacturing facilities, a design studio and an assembly hall with automatic, semi-automatic and manual stations. Our ongoing programme of investment in plant and machinery continues to support SONE's strategy for providing our customers with high quality, cost-effective and innovative products.
