You may receive the goods in a half-frozen condition, but within a safe temperature range. Please store them in a freezer straight away after receiving if you do not consume them immediately. If you bring back a "clean/sanitised," and "undamaged" poly box to our shop in London, we will offer a cup of UESHIMA coffee in the shop! We apologise for not being able to retrieve the box by ourselves.
