Our tried and tested process allows us to exceed customer’s expectations and deliver high quality products and service every time.
Step One
Once we have received your initial enquiry about wanting to work with SOL. A member of our team will be in touch to discuss your requirements and how SOL can work with you to provide an efficient service.
You can request a quote either via our website, social media platforms or via telephone. Your quote is then passed over to our processing team who will put together a quote within 24 hours and send it back to you.
Step Two
Once you have received your quote, our dedicated sales team will contact you to discuss your quotation with you in further detail. They will discuss any feedback that you have and address any further requirements. If you decide to become a SOL Approved Installer, a member of our marketing team will be in touch to discuss how we can help take your business to the next level with digital marketing and design support, along with lead generation techniques.
Step Three
Once your quotation has been agreed with our sales team it is then passed over to our order processing team who will ensure the quotation is ready for fabrication.Our team will work closely with you to ensure that all of your needs are met and all details are correct before passing your order to our fabrication team.
Step Four
Your order is then.manufactured by our expert team in our state of the art £2.5million factory in Dodworth. Using the latest technology your order is fabricated to the highest standard.
Your order will go through meticulous quality control checks to ensure any issues are ironed out at fabrication stage and that a smooth installation when your product arrives on site can be guaranteed.
Step Five
An ancillary box is prepared at this stage, referencing the list that is auto-populated by the computer at the time of ordering. The box is picked by a member of our factory team and is then quality checked by another member of staff to ensure that the items match the list.
Once your order is ready it will be loaded into the loading bay where it will undergo a final quality control check. This check with ensure that all components that have been prepped are altogether on the barrow. The order is checked referencing a tick sheet which i s then added to the box ready for delivery.
Step Six
Your order is then picked up by our transport and logistics team and is then delivery directly to site within the agreed time frame. Once your order has been delivered the driver will complete a further check using the list provided in step five to ensure that all components have been delivered. The order is then signed for by the customer and the order is complete.
