We believe that not only the R & D department, but also the production workers are the main force to make customer’s design be a reality. Therefore, we pay attention to both growth of worker’s skill and their lives. All of our staffs are trained and educated continuously with advanced technique and industry knowledge. In order to match the growing demand of environmental protection, we mainly adopt two methods, using eco-friendly certified and recycled materials, and improving management system of production process to reduce leftover material and defective percentage. We are serious in decreasing carbon footprint and protecting our environment.

Quality inspection team of Sobike is always on our client’s side, implementing the inspection standards seriously, from design review, material and supplier screening, sample review, internal quality control during production, to final check before delivery. The mission of our quality inspection team is to ensure that each product matches high quality before delivering to clients.
R & D department of Sobike has over 18 years experience in developing professional cycling wear and other active wear, also has provided R & D service to many famous brands. Our designers have very powerful original design ability to help our clients realize their ideas. Our 3D modeling department can make the design more intuitive, and check all the details before production to shorten the sample time.
Recycled and eco-friendly certified (OEKO-TEX, RoHS, etc.) fabrics are used in production. Advanced management system of production process is adopted to reduce leftover material and defective percentage. We try our best to minimize the impact on environment.
Professional skills are the basic specialty literacy of SOBIKE's workers. However, a happy and open working environment with continuous education is even more important.
