Through our pre-fabricated approach, SmartPUC ensures both quality assurance and heightened safety, representing a significant advancement in construction methodologies. Best Health & Safety Product In October 2018 Smartroof was recognised in the prestigious Housebuilder Awards picking up Best Health and Safety Product. Our innovative insulated panelised roofing system has revolutionised room in roof construction in the housing sector. Produced off site, the prefabricated roof addresses key health and safety issues as it reduces time spent working at heights on site, reduced vehicle movement on site and less manual handling during the install process. Best Cladding / Roofing Product The Smartroof Classic System was crowned ‘Best Cladding/Roofing Product’ at the Build It Awards, which took place at The Hilton, London Bankside in September 2016. The prefabricated roofing system arrives on site in a single load, reducing materials handling and vehicle movements on site. A unique feature of Smartroof’s Classic system is that, it is the only panel system on the market that runs gable to gable. This effectively means the end user has a clear open space within their attic to configure whatever way they wish as they are not constrained by supporting walls. Product Innovation Award Smartroof picked up the coveted Product Innovation Award at the Structural Timber Awards in October 2016. Our experienced design engineers worked tirelessly to produce a thermally advanced roof panel system designed to meet the thermal regulations facing the industry. Best Brand New Product In July 2015 Smartroof Prism Roof Panel System was recognised at the Housebuilder awards, receiving highly commended for Best Brand New Product. This SIP system for ‘room in roof’ configurations delivers major benefits in terms of thermal performance, consistent quality, site safety and speed of construction.
