The objective of our workshops is to introduce students to technology by giving them confidence and helping them progress in several disciplines: mechanics, electronics, 3D, programming, woodworking, and robotics. During a workshop, we capture the attention of participants in a playful way so that everyone participates, experiments, and assimilates key concepts. Around a theme, they imagine and create functional and personalized constructions. We have chosen LEGO® as the basic tool for many of our workshops because, for us, it remains "the coolest toy in the world" (The World of Sophie, Jostein Gaarder). These little colorful bricks are both a teaching aid, a means of expression, and a bridge between generations. Above all, they encourage us to explore, invent, and go as far as our creativity takes us, both from the teacher's and the student's perspective. For workshops at the Makerspace, we also have more technical equipment: cutters, 3D printers, wood, screws, and a multitude of electronic components and robotics kits, and LEGO, from floor to ceiling. "They all possess more or less the qualities that Democritus attributes to atoms, and that is why they allow us to build anything. First of all, they are indivisible. They differ in size and shape and are compact and dense. They also have these hooks and teeth that allow them to assemble to form anything we want.
