Over the years, our expertise has expanded across various construction needs ShoreLoc is a woman-owned company, founded by Joann and Jason Stell, industry veterans with a deep-rooted history in the masonry and construction fields dating back to the 1990s. Jason’s journey in the masonry industry began in 1992 while working for a concrete restoration company. In 1994, he established Innovative Surface Technologies, which rapidly expanded to include a dedicated team of skilled employees, some of whom were family members. Over the years, Jason’s expertise expanded across various domains of construction, encompassing pool construction, paver installations, retaining walls, drainage systems, block installations, foundations, seawall construction and repairs, decorative poly-modified cement, concrete restoration, and applications of advanced concrete coatings, including epoxies and polyurethane. In response to the growing demand for high-quality pavers, Innovative Surface Technology initiated its own line of pavers in 2003. These pavers were not only manufactured but also offered alongside professional installation services to meet the needs of their valued customers. In 2006, Joann and Jason decided to sell Innovative Surface Technology and ventured into a new chapter, founding Shoreline Stone Manufacturing. This venture primarily focused on the manufacturing and distribution of hardscape materials. During the same year, they expanded their operations by acquiring a second production machine for hardscape materials and launching a wet cast plant. This wet cast plant served as the source for wet cast hardscape products, which found their way to 174 box stores in the Caribbean Basin, Florida, the East Coast, and as far west as Texas. Their reach spanned both domestic and international markets, catering to diverse clientele, including large-scale commercial and residential developments, products for streetscapes, erosion control solutions, and pavers designed for sea ports. In 2020, Joann and Jason embarked on a new chapter, founding ShoreLoc Design Group. The subsequent year saw them divest Shoreline Stone Manufacturing to concentrate their full attention and resources on ShoreLoc, their latest venture. With an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional products and services, ShoreLoc Design Group continues to be a beacon of excellence in the masonry and construction industry. Jason’s wife, Joann, and mother, Rhonda, run the manufacturing production scheduling and sales, domestically and internationally, for 20+ years and have extensive knowledge of industry products and applications. They have also aided in the design of various textures and patterns, for ShoreLoc Design Group products.
