To meet the increasing demand of the international market for Hydraulic Pile Driving Rig, Diesel Pile Hammer. our corporation combines with Shanghai Jia Yuan Hai Investment (Group) CO., LTD to establish Shanghai Engineering Machinery Co. Ltd. which paves the way for the company to become an international leading brand in the future. In July 1921, initiated by the famous Chinese industrialist Zhang Ye, Liang Qichao, Li Liejun, etc. participated in the shares and raised 305,000 yuan to establish Huashang Xintong Trading Co., Ltd. to operate import and export trade. Zhang Ye was elected as chairman and Shi Boan was appointed as general manager. Xintong has a head office in Shanghai Jiujiang Road (later Jiangxi Middle Road), and has branches in Tianjin, Zhengzhou, Hankou, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, and Kunming, importing and installing power station equipment.
