In April 2014, after share restructuring, Shenzhen Dasheng Agricultural Group Co., Ltd. officially took over Dasheng Agriculture Finance and became the largest shareholder. As of December 31, 2016, the total share capital of Dasheng Agriculture Finance was approximately 7.633 billion shares. In 2016, the company achieved a business revenue of approximately RMB 14.365 billion and a net profit of approximately RMB 307 million, and paid various taxes and fees of RMB 166 million. Dasheng Agriculture Finance was listed on the Hong Kong Growth Enterprise Market on July 13, 2005 (code: 8251), and successfully transferred to the main board of Hong Kong for listing on July 16, 2012 (code: 1103). In April 2014, after share restructuring, Shenzhen Dasheng Agricultural Group Co., Ltd. officially took over Shanghai Donghua and became the largest shareholder. In October 2015, the company was renamed Shanghai Dasheng Agriculture Finance Technology Co., Ltd.
