Our team consists of over 100 people working in five departments that can offer you: Distribution We are an importer and authorized distributor of electronic components, materials, tools for electronics, measuring equipment, and accessories from renowned brands. We continuously develop our offer by inviting more companies from around the world to collaborate. We are a supplier of materials for the aviation industry and service. EMS In our production department, we provide electronic circuit board assembly services using SMT technology and through-hole assembly. We have modern equipment from JUKI, ERSA, EKRA, and ASYS, enabling the assembly of components from 01005. We care about quality by inspecting all products on AOI visual inspection devices. BGA assemblies are checked using X-Ray equipment. We offer lead-free assembly technology and have devices for wave soldering in nitrogen protection. Our machine park includes equipment for selective coating of PCBs, automatic washing of PCBs with ion cleanliness control. We have selective soldering devices and laser depaneling (green laser). We execute the most complex projects, including those for experiments. We also provide repair services for boards with BGA chips – reballing technology. SMT Stencils A valued service in our portfolio is laser-cut steel SMT stencils produced on LPKF equipment. We are a licensee of ASM-DEK, offering stencils in the VectorGuard™ standard. Stencils for BGA assemblies (for applying paste or placing balls) for reballing technology are also made. Material Converting Our company also offers converting of industrial single and double-sided adhesive tapes. We produce Die-Cut and Kiss-Cut shapes and also offer cutting tapes to size from large rolls (log rolls). We are a licensed converter for companies like 3M, Saint Gobain, IPG, and Tesa. Lasers Semicon Sp. z o.o. is the largest Polish manufacturer of laser modules. They are used in various industries, including medical – the infrared laser designed and constructed by our optoelectronics department has been used in the SOCT (Spectral Optical Coherent Tomography) tomograph produced by the Japanese corporation Canon, of which we are a certified supplier (Green Procurement Standard). The Military Centre for Quality Standardization and Codification has assigned us a NATO code in the NATO Codification System – NCAGE 2082H.
