SELECTIKA S.r.l.

SELECTIKA S.r.l. operates in the field of selecting packaging waste from urban plastic separate collection and is one of the main Italian operators in the selection of packaging waste due to its size and production capacity. The SELECTIKA S.r.l. project was born from a Memorandum of Understanding signed on October 24, 2018, between trade unions, the Puglia Region, the Municipality of Modugno, the Metropolitan City of Bari, A.G.E.R., and Puglia Sviluppo, with the aim of carrying out an industrial reindustrialization and redevelopment activity of the former OM Carrelli site in Modugno with the relocation of personnel in mobility. The SELECTIKA S.r.l. project aims to qualify the plant equipment of Puglia and the entire SOUTH for the management of differentiated plastic waste from urban collection and prepare them for subsequent recycling. The innovative technology used for the selection of 100,000 tons per year of waste represents a driving force for the ecological transition of Puglia towards a circular economy, where the value of material recovery is maximized. SELECTIKA S.r.l. works to create a future in which every single plastic element is recycled or reused efficiently, thus reducing the use of raw materials and protecting the environment.
