Sean James Enterprises developed the Z base ovenproof painting and powder coating hanging rack concept in 2001 and has been providing the Z Base Solution ever since. With an 850 Lb load capacity (evenly distributed) and heat tolerance up to 525° F, the "nestable" Z Base powder coating and painting rack provides a single solution for hanging, staging and finishing parts. It saves valuable labor time by moving from shop floor to spray booth to bake oven without removing hanging parts. It also saves floor space by nesting together when racks are not in use.
