Sealock Outdoor Group has been designing and manufacturing inspired technical solutions for waterproof bags for over 20 years. We have collaborated with Musto, HH, Simms, Hydro Flask, etc. for many years. There are two high frequency welded factories and a fabric TPU lamination factory affiliated with Sealock Group. We make samples and source most of the fabrics in China, but clients can choose either the China or Vietnam factory for bulk production. Both factories can produce all welded bags and sewn bags, the Vietnam factory helps EU and USA customers save extra tariffs. We have over 400 skilled workers who have worked for Sealock for several years with extensive experience. There is approximately 7500 square meters of workshop in China, with about 200 skilled workers working on 6 high-frequency welding lines and 7 sewing lines. With around 150 sets of high frequency welding machines and about 140 sets of sewing machines. Our factory in Vietnam has been operating for over 2 years, most customers are from the USA. The workshop is 3500 square meters, with 150 skilled workers and 60 sets of high frequency welding machines and 100 sets of sewing machines. We have an internal QC team in both factories, we can test the zipper/fabric color adhesion/loading test/waterproof testing at our factory. Each team has at least 7 people, to test the fabric/accessories/semi-products/final products on the line and before shipment. To ensure that all products we produce are defect-free for all customers. Our brand name Sealock comes from "seal-lock" (same pronunciation), our goal is to make all our products completely reliable and durable in every wet situation, and every detail. We specialize in developing and manufacturing waterproof bags including Backpacks, dry bags, soft cooler bags, waist bags, waterproof phone cases, waterproof fly fishing bags, fish cooler bags, duffel bags, bicycle bags, and motorcycle bags suitable for outdoor sports like rafting, climbing, surfing, camping, cycling, and more. All key members of Sealock have excellent credentials with complementary expertise in design, marketing, manufacturing, and project management; several certificates including ISO-09001, BSCI, and SMETA have also been obtained.
