Scratch My Butt

Life came at me like an avalanche! The pandemic, the loss of several friends, home hospice and loss of my mother and many family struggles. I even had to euthanize my two dogs. I lost it. I was no longer able to be an effective teacher to students with emotional and behavioral disorders. My classroom became toxic. I had to walk away. A new dog, Kevin ( named after our virtual mascot in Google Classroom), saved my life, restored motivation and purpose. He also served as inspiration to forge a new life. Here it is! Here's to Kevin (and now Hobbes as well) Thank you for loving your dog and loving others who love dogs. Thank you for making small businesses matter. Just, thank you.
