Our electric scooters do not require oil changes or other routine repairs. In addition to being maintenance-free, there is no need for exhaust or main inspections. This is one of the reasons why our selected electric scooters and choppers are up to 10 times cheaper to operate and maintain than conventional gasoline scooters. The electronics and brakes are properly adjusted and checked by us before the new electric scooter, e-scooter, or e-chopper is securely packaged before reaching you. Depending on packaging, the handlebars and front wheel may need to be installed. It is easy to do with our assembly instructions and video tutorials for electric scooters, e-scooters, and e-choppers. You can already start your first ride with your new e-scooter. Storage and shipping: In our shipping warehouse in southern Germany, we permanently store around 800 vehicles and thus have our entire product range always available immediately, which is reflected in very short reaction times, processing, shipping, and delivery times to the customer. We are currently receiving regular deliveries by sea freight, so if an item is out of stock, it will be back in stock in a relatively short time. Repair & maintenance: We have different contractual partners in all cantons of Switzerland who carry out all repairs on all our electric vehicles. The workshop is also equipped with the latest battery measurement and analysis technology, lifting platforms, and tire mounting equipment. Additionally, we analyze and disassemble all lead and lithium-ion batteries at our main site, repair individual lithium cells, and defective battery management systems (BMS) or replace them if necessary. Graphic design: Our trained team continuously develops all designs for new vehicles as well as product packaging, catalogs, flyers, posters, and large PVC advertising banners. In our in-house photo studio, equipped with the most professional photo and post-processing technology, we create all product images and videos to provide our potential customers with the best possible overview of the Scooter Crew product portfolio.
